Welcome to Orbion365 ("Service"), provided by Orbion / Prowesys ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Orbion365 is a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform designed for business operations, workforce management, invoicing, project tracking, and optional integration with third-party software, including QuickBooks Online provided by Intuit Inc.

2. Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately at myerp@prowesys.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Use of Third-Party Integrations (QuickBooks Online)

Orbion365 allows optional integration with QuickBooks Online via Intuit's OAuth 2.0 API. By enabling this integration:

• You authorize Orbion365 to sync customer and invoice data with your QuickBooks Online company account.
• You acknowledge that your use of QuickBooks Online is governed by Intuit Inc.'s Terms of Service and Privacy Statement.
• You may disconnect the integration at any time through the Orbion365 Settings interface.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems or networks.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, logos, and trademarks (including "Orbion365"), remain the exclusive property of Orbion / Prowesys and its licensors.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbion365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
